Description
Sr Systems Analyst - Oracle ERP
Performs Oracle Functional &amp; Technical role in IT ERP specific to Oracle Manufacturing and Distribution modules. Specific exposure to and knowledge in any of INV, WIP, BOM, Engineering, QA, MRP, OM. PO is desirable. Previous experience of working with Oracle Workflow and extensive usage and understanding of Oracle Applications data model is highly desirable. Prior experience of having worked in the IT ERP support group of a discrete manufacturing company is a huge plus. Experience working with Oracle TAR is a must. Also, requires application of standard techniques, procedures and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related functional and technical support, training and project tasks. Performs duties in one or more of the business applications technology disciplines in ERP applications and ensures GB internal and external customer expectations are met or exceeded. 
<br />* Given initial guidance, capable of conducting root cause analysis for issues and working on their techno-functional solutions. 
<br />* Oracle Data Conversion experience (preferable to 11i).
<br />* Must be adept at communicating with non-technical shop floor business personnel.
<br />* Adheres to internal IT procedures and suggests improvements if needed. A strong sense of teamwork in a must.
<br />* Experience in design using Oracle reports and Discoverer.
<br />* Provides input to Oracle users or other teams who seek individual's input.
<br />* Working knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL is a must.
<br />* Exposure to Operational Dash boards using DBI is highly desirable. 
Requirements
<br />* 4-year degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
<br />* Required a minimum seven (7) years of related ERP experience.
<br />* Excellent organization and communication skills.
<br />* Demonstrated ability to work in and foster a team based environment.]]></description>

Corporate Human Resources is looking for a Director, Human Resources whose primary purpose is to provide strategic HR support and facility HR leadership for the Orthopaedics Business. This position will serve as a consultant to staff and management in application of HR best practices. Initiatives include organizational development, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and associate relations.
Essential Job Functions:
<br />* Provides direct HR oversight for facilities within the Business (Indianapolis &amp; Columbia City, IN; Chaumont, France; Orvin, Switzerland; Corporate Orthopaedics functions).
<br />* Incorporates, integrates and implements HR globalization by country, leveraging between the businesses.
<br />* Provides direction and guidance to management in union and issue-free initiatives.
<br />* Develops and directs the strategic HR plan and Organization design initiatives that support eh Orthopaedics goals and objectives.
<br />* Participates in and coach/counsels leaders of people on performance related issues and conflict resolution to ensure issues are resolved constructively, fairly and in a timely manner.
<br />* Leads development and training initiatives to coordinate training strategy (programs and implementation) required to meet Orthopaedics goals. Develops, coordinates, conducts training as required that expand skills and competencies at all levels of the business.
<br />* Ensures HR compliance with GB policies and procedures and compliance with regulatory agencies.
<br />* Develops a communication strategy and implementation plan that promotes GB and Orthopaedics objectives.
<br />* Provides guidance and leadership for Orthopaedics and corporate HR initiatives.
<br />* Maintains a key role in the talent management process and succession planning implementation.
<br />* Hires key openings to support the Orthopaedics business.
<br />* Works to ensure recognition systems are being executed.
<br />* Ensures a team focus with peers/colleagues and business partners in accomplishing GB goals and objectives.
<br />* Develops HR integration strategy and tactical plan to ensure the successful integration of acquired companies.
<br><br><b>Qualifications:</b>
<br />* Education: 4 year degree in related field, MBA preferred
<br />* Experience: 10-12 years in related field with a minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role.
