Description

The primary purpose of this position is to perform business applications work requiring application of standard techniques, procedures and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related technical or project tasks using Oracle ERP and testing applications/software focusing on IT Quality.
Essential Job Functions:
<br />* Developing project plans using the associated project planning tools.
<br />* Develop and maintain test plans, manual and automated test scripts for user interface, functionality, system and regression testing for Oracle eBusiness Suite
<br />* Analyzes and solves complex problems related to the assigned area, effectively anticipates and evaluates impact of proposed solutions within assigned scope and consistently suggests possible alternative approaches or points of view.
<br />* Develop and implement standards for application and data security within application, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), tests and validates various system programs and/or software to support quality control practices
<br />* Report, track and determine priority of reported bugs
Specialized skills necessary for this position are the knowledge and ability to execute testing of Oracle E-Business Suites including, Finance, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, Human Resources, engineering, Fixed Assets, (etc.). The prospective individual will also define/create Mercury Interactive Quick Test Pro Test Objects, Quick Test Pro Test Scenarios, &amp; Quick Test Pro Test Scripts. Interface with Oracle subject matter experts to understand new and existing functionality. The candidate will be subject expert on Mercury Interactive Testing Tools including, Test Director, Quick Test Pro and Load Runner.

The primary purpose of this position is to support the Human Resources function in relation to Talent Management (Training and Development, Performance Management, Talent Review, and Succession Planning).

The successful candidate will maintain our talent management application; which includes updating Associate's records and auditing profiles for quality, accuracy and completeness. Administers talent management processes for GB which includes but not limited to, supporting HR representatives with materials used in the performance management process, talent management process and training and development initiatives. Support Director, Talent Management by providing data and assisting with presentations for theExecutive Leadership Team and Board of Directors. Runs routine Oracle reports to audit and organize Associate&rsquo;s files as it relates to talent management. Develops and implements the internal processes required to maintain accurate demographics, in general, and those pertaining to succession planning. Researches approaches and solutions to support training and development initiatives and special requests. Works with HR representatives, track course attendance, training interest and recommended sessions for GB associates. Develops and communicates Affirmative Action plans. Maintains current demographics data for reporting purposes.

<br />* Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or related field.
<br />* Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferably in an HR environment.
