Location: NY, Clarence - Greatbatch Medical Number Needed: 1 Description Greatbatch Medical has an opportunity in the Supply Chain Center of Excellence. The primary purpose of this position is to plan, monitor and ensure an uninterrupted flow of materials and the efficient delivery of finished products to customers. Develops schedules to ensure projects and development objectives are met for Product Development procurement and the Supply Chain Center of Excellence. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: · Adheres to GB Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements. · Monitors customer orders in process and initiates the necessary steps to maintain conformity with schedules; Serves as customer service liaison.
* Coordinates material requirements and procures material in a timely and economic manner.
* Maintains purchasing and master scheduling systems; Assures system maintenance.
* Identifies and recommends improvements to current systems to provide timely information to management.
* Interfaces and coordinates between manufacturing, procurement, engineering, finance and suppliers regarding component and schedule requirements and changes.
* Interprets, defines and communicates material requirements to suppliers.
* Participates in cost reduction, process improvement and quality improvement teams.
* Anticipates and communicates current and potential problems and opportunities with the procurement of materials so the management team can make appropriate decisions.
* Coordinates material requirements with Material Control and procures material in a timely and economic manner.
* Routinely interacts with Information Technology Department on system and process improvements.

Requirements:
* Education: Four year degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.
* Experience: 3-5 years of experience.
* Specialized Knowledge Needed For Performance of Job: APICS certification and CPIM a plus; Working knowledge of ERP systems.
* Special Skills: Demonstrated ability to work in and foster a team based environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Location: NY, Clarence - Headquarters Number Needed: 1 Description The primary purpose of this position is to perform business applications work requiring application of standard techniques, procedures and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related technical or project tasks using Oracle ERP and testing applications/software focusing on IT Quality. Essential Job Functions:
* Developing project plans using the associated project planning tools.
* Develop and maintain test plans, manual and automated test scripts for user interface, functionality, system and regression testing for Oracle eBusiness Suite
* Analyzes and solves complex problems related to the assigned area, effectively anticipates and evaluates impact of proposed solutions within assigned scope and consistently suggests possible alternative approaches or points of view.
* Develop and implement standards for application and data security within application, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), tests and validates various system programs and/or software to support quality control practices
* Report, track and determine priority of reported bugs Specialized skills necessary for this position are the knowledge and ability to execute testing of Oracle E-Business Suites including, Finance, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, Human Resources, engineering, Fixed Assets, (etc.). The prospective individual will also define/create Mercury Interactive Quick Test Pro Test Objects, Quick Test Pro Test Scenarios, & Quick Test Pro Test Scripts. Interface with Oracle subject matter experts to understand new and existing functionality. The candidate will be subject expert on Mercury Interactive Testing Tools including, Test Director, Quick Test Pro and Load Runner.
